We are pleased to announce that Babeș-Bolyai University will organize its first Blended Intensive Program for Erasmus+ Staff Training on the topic of New opportunities in the Erasmus+ programme in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, between 23 and 27 October 2023.
The training event is designed for all university staff regardless of their background, and it will be an opportunity to participate in seminars, workshops and social events meant to facilitate exchange of good practices, discuss topics related to managing of the new Erasmus+ programme opportunities, strengthen partnerships between universities and explore new contacts.
The BIP will focus on discussing the changes implemented within the KA131 and KA171 program, the short mobilities opportunities with examples and testimonials of good practices, the introduction of blended mobilities, the new project to be implemented under the KA2 (Partnerships for cooperation, Partnerships for excellence, Alliances for innovation, Capacity building projects), KA3 projects.
Also, upon request, we can arrange meetings with the representatives of different faculties within UBB.
The cultural side of the event will include guided tours of Cluj, Botanical Garden and University’s Museum and a trip to Turda Salt Mine.
Participation in the event is free of charge. However, participants are expected to cover the travel, accommodation and living expenses through the Erasmus+ fund for staff training mobility (STT) available in their home institutions. Participants should also inquire at their home University about the possibility to have their stay registered for a Blended Intensive Program since priority will be given to BIP participants.
Because the working language of all the activities will be English, a minimum B2 level is recommended.
