Short-term doctoral mobility
The aim of the short-term doctoral mobility is to enable doctoral students of J. Selye University who are active students to participate in a physical mobility in a partner institution abroad for a period of 5 to 30 days. The purpose of the mobility is to carry out research or to prepare a dissertation closely related to the student’s studies.

Once you have selected your institution, you need to submit your application. Please note that applications can only be submitted during the active application period. Please find the current calls for applications under the link below. You can submit your application within the framework of the calls for proposals for learning mobility. For the type of mobility, please choose short-term doctoral mobility.

Application criteria:
– Active student status (doctoral studies) at my Selye János University (the status must be maintained uninterruptedly during the mobility period)
– (for Erasmus+ mobility, the maximum participation is 12 months per study cycle (Bc., Mgr., PhD.)
– Proper completion of the application form, uploading of the required documents (for more information, please see the application guide at the link below)
After completing and submitting the application form, you will be notified of the evaluation of the application and the further steps to be taken after the Erasmus+ Committee meeting of the faculty and the university.

First of all, please allow us to congratulate you! Once you have received notification from the office that your application has been successful, the administrative process can begin. The office staff will keep you informed of every step, so please check your university e-mail account regularly.
Important: once the grant agreement is signed and they start their mobility, they must stay in the host institution’s country for the entire duration of their mobility.

Documents required to start your mobility:
1. Learning Agreement for Studies – an online document that contains the subjects you wish to take at the host institution and also the subjects you wish to be accepted at Selye János University after completing your mobility. Instructions for filling in the form can be found under the link below. Please work in the Short-Term Mobility section when filling in the form! Once completed, the document will be sent to all concerned by e-mail. The document is complete if it is signed by all three parties (you, the coordinator of the sending university, the coordinator of the host university). Once you have logged in, the system will notify you of the status of the signatures. If you do not wish to take up a subject in your research, please indicate the subject of your research and the title of your dissertation. It is strongly recommended to check the number of credits with the faculty coordinator.

3. ERAPO Insurance – Instructions for filling in the insurance form can be found in the link below. If you have problems filling it in, please report the problem to erasmus@ujs.sk. The insurance must be taken out for the actual duration of the mobility and if you are not sure of the date, please wait until the grant contract is signed, it will contain the exact date.
Once you have successfully completed the above mentioned documents, the grant contract can be signed. You will sign the said contract at the Foreign Relations Office (Elektrárenská 2, 945 01 Komárno). To sign the contract, please bring the above mentioned documents, your ID card and your student ISIC card with you.
It is important that the mobility cannot take place without the conclusion of the grant contract.
The contract must be signed before the start of the mobility, preferably 2-3 weeks before the start.

If you have visited this page, you have probably finished your exams and would like to find out what to do next! You will need the following documents to complete your mobility:
1. OLA – Online Learning Agreement – a version containing the subjects and signatures changed before the mobility started and during the mobility. The document can be downloaded and printed via the system, please make at least 2 hard copies.
2. Certificate of Attendance – issued by the coordinator of the host university. The Certificate of Attendance can only be issued after the last exam has been taken, as the last day of the mobility will be the last day of the last exam. If the host university requests a form for this purpose, please download the document from the link below.
3. Transcript of Record – issued by the coordinator of the host university. It should include the subjects you have and have not completed, the assessment and the number of credits (if you have completed at least one subject during the mobility.)
4. EuSurvey – you will receive the questionnaire via an automated system to your university e-mail account. You will receive the email with the subject “Erasmus+ Participant Survey”. In the questionnaire, please be kind enough to provide accurate and real data and statements. You do not need to print the whole questionnaire, printing and submitting the first page is sufficient to complete the mobility. If you do not receive this questionnaire within 4 days of the end of your mobility, please report the problem to erasmus@ujs.sk.
5. Experience report – 1-2 pages with pictures. Please print 1 copy of this document or send it in Word format with the subject “Experience Report” to erasmus@ujs.sk. The narratives will be uploaded under the link below, so please draft your narrative with this in mind.
6. Professional report – 4-5 page research report. Include references, header and front cover. Please fill in the template below and send it to erasmus@ujs.sk or at least 1 hard copy.
