Dear Student!

We are very pleased that you are interested in the possibility of traineeship in the Erasmus+ program! In the post below, we summarize the important information and if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office (erasmus@ujs.sk).

Erasmus+ provides support for enrolled students of J. Selye University to take part in traineeship (work practice, internship program, etc.) abroad. Fresh graduates can also use these opportunities. If you do a traineeship  abroad thanks to the program, you can not only improve your communication and intercultural skills, as well as your foreign language skills, but also so-called you can also learn human skills, which are highly sought after in the labor market, and you can also develop your entrepreneurial skills.

The duration of the professional internship abroad can range from 2 to 12 months.

Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, a student can participate in an exchange program abroad several times – either as a student or as an intern – but the total time spent abroad (including all study periods abroad) cannot exceed 12 months per study cycle. You can find more information about the internship at the link below.

Do you want to do a traineeship but don’t know of an institution or company whose activities match your study programme? The link below will take you to advertisements specifically for students going abroad as part of an Erasmus+ placement.

After the start of the mobility, an evaluation form must be sent to the mentor you have designated to erasmus@ujs.sk on a monthly basis.

Intern Assessment Form – downloadable document.

On the document, the company representative must keep track of the student’s monthly progress, so I would like to ask you to fill out the document with the company until the current month of your mobility. The date of their mobility is indicated in the support contract, based on which they can calculate how many months they are in.

In the coming months, you will have to use the same, already filled out form and hand in the original, signed and stamped copy at the end of the mobility, so please keep it.

Those students who have already sent the evaluation form in the previous months, please continue with the same document.

If you have any additional problems during your mobility, please let us know at erasmus@ujs.sk.
