STUDENT MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIP

As a recent graduate, I was given the opportunity to participate in an Erasmus+ Traineeship.
It was a great feeling to be given the opportunity to participate in a 2-month internship at the
MOL Group, based in Budapest. From the very beginning I was excited to see what it would
be like to work at the MOL Campus in Buda.

From the first day I entered the Campus, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming faces.
There was never a moment during the whole mobility that I felt restricted. The atmosphere was
very friendly. I was assigned tot he GBS Finance department, where I was part of the Slovak
AR team. Everyone was very nice and welcoming from the very first moment. They helped me
as much as they could and I can say that I learned a lot about the processes that are carried out
every day in the Slovak AR team. I managed to get to know everyone and develop good
friendships.

In the MOL Campus, in the department where we worked, it’s very interesting that nobody
has their own seat, everybody sits where they want, of course in the offices where the AR team
(both the Hungarian and the Slovak) has rooms available.
During the two months I had the opportunity to try out each room, always with a different view.
We even had the opportunity to sit in the third floor „garden”. What I really liked about the
furnishings was that there were lots of plants in each office. There is not a room ont he 4th floor
that doesn’t have one. Also, the Campus is pet-friendly, so MOL employees can bring their pets
to work with them on many occasions. It was also a treat to meet Molly the dachshund during
the traineeship.

Employees have the possibility to visit the 29th floor Skydeck, located at the top of the towe,
at any time. Together with the team members, we went up to the Skydeck on several occasions.
The design itself is beautiful, with plant-covered walls and plants everywhere. The view is also
beautiful, you can see all of Budapest. It’s and incredible experience.

I would like to thank the Slovak AR team, especially to Marián, to Krista, to Szandi, to Tomi
and to Márti for welcoming me with friendship and making me feel part of the team. They have
taught me a lot, not only about the workflow itself, but I have also learned a lot from them as a
person. Without them, I would not have had such a good time during these 2 months of work
experience. I am sorry that it ended so soon.

I would also like to thank the MOL coordinators and the Erasmus coordinators of J. Selye
university for their work and help in giving me this opportunity.

I sincerely and hoestly encourage all Selye students to take this advantage of the
opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme. Experience and live the experience of life
that this programme can offer.
